Sent in our deposit for 100 AKV pts tonight, just waiting for our package so we can sign and return.

My question is, how long do I have to return the paperwork once I receive it?

We just received ours yesterday via Fed Ex.

It says they need to receive it back in 7 days.

The answer is, how long do you want to wait until you close the purchase and can start making reservations? The sooner you get everything back to the title company, the sooner they can close the deal and send the deed to Disney. I overnighted my paperwork and wired the payments on both of my resale purchases. It was less than 60 days on both purchases from the day I made an offer to the day I made a reservation using the points acquired. Good luck.
