An attraction will even show up when it’s closed due to weather. There will be a description if it’s downed.

So far as I've seen it will at least list a 5 min wait time if it is a walk-on.

Yes if a ride is a walk on it will show 5-minute wait if it is down it will not show a wait.

I walked on Toy Story Mania a few weeks ago when the posted wait time was 70 minutes.

Sometimes it seems like they should try a little harder to get those closer to reality.

It's under "attractions" but has no wait time listed because it is just dependent on when the train gets there, not necessarily the length of time "in line."

It was about 7 pm. The park closed at 9:30

Why doesn't the train show up on the list?

The train has three stops. Your wait will be dependent on which station you’re at and if more than one train is in operation.

Round trip is approximately 20 minutes.
