Wait times glitch today (6.26.23)

Anyone else's app not showing any wait times today?!?

Well it does make me feel better is not just me! We are in an Uber to shades of green and will be heading to Epcot very soon!

Does MDE typically show the same wait times as posted at the ride entrance? We found those to be all over the map during our last visit. Some were clearly too long while others way too short.

During a Uber ride there's no WiFi connection wait until you get to the Disney parks and connect to the the free WiFi them you should be able to see the wait times on the My Disney Experience app.

Apparently it has to do with them updating Genie+ to block third party apps from using Genie+.

You don’t need park wifi to see wait times

True but on my phone the wait times don't show until I'm connected online so I just use the WiFi in the parks.
At the standby lane entrances they usually have an Estimated waiting time and sometimes it can be longer, exact or lesser than the number of minutes stated outside standby lanes.

Unless you don't have cell service or poor cell service, you do not have to be on wifi to access MDE or use any app for that matter.

I'm sitting at home, over 1000 miles away and I've got Wait Times on my app. Well, supposedly. It says Kiliimanjaro safari has only a 10 minute wait, but Dinosaur has a 60 minute wait.

It just came back online. Had you checked even 25 min ago, it was down
