We were there last week (April 8-14).
The longest we waited was to see Buzz & Woody at DHS, we waited about 35 minutes. The line is pretty fun with lots of photo ops and the meeting was totally worth it. My mother made my daughter a dress based off of Jessie's cowgirl outfit. Buzz was just smitten with her. Kissing her hand, kissing her head, held her hand the whole time, danced with her. It was probably her favorite character meeting the whole trip.
Jessie & Woody in MK-15 minutes.
King Louie & Baloo in AK-15 minutes
Step mom & sisters- 8 minutes or so
Gaston- 10 minutes
Russell & Dug at AK-less than 10 minutes
Alice & Mary Poppins meet really close to each other at rotating times (in UK in Epcot). While I waited in the Alice line my husband got in the Poppins line and we were able to see them both in under 20 minutes.
While we were at DHS we were headed to see Lightening Mcqueen & Mater (about 10 minutes in line) and we turned a corner to see the whole area filled with characters! Chip & Dale, Belle, Snow White & Evil Queen, Pinocchio & Gepetto, Eeyore & Tigger and more that I'm forgetting. We met a ton of characters within 20 minutes. It was crazy. I'm not sure if they do that every day but it was pretty amazing for the kids.
We never did get to meet Merida. Her lines were just too long. 40+ minutes every time we tried. We never braved the Princess Hall lines either and weren't going to use Fast Passes for them. We did get to meet Anna & Elsa and my daughter got to play Beast and dance with Belle at Enchanted Tales so that more than made up for the lack of princesses otherwise.
