In general I think TPs when they're close. But be very wary when TP says the line is significantly lower than Disney - unless it's the last hour of operation, it's probably wrong. So if Disney says 30 mins and TP says 22, it's probably closer to 22. When Disney says 35 and TP says 12, put your money on Disney and don't cross the park for it. Multiple times this trip TP had ride times that when we saw the lines we knew they were wrong. We saw this at Mad Tea Cups, Star Tours, Under the Sea, Town Hall Mickey, and Primeval Whirl. We waited in two of them anyway and confirmed it was closer to Disney's time. With PW, I think the issue was that they had recently closed one side and TP probably wasn't reflecting that. Not sure what the issues were with the others beyond the fact that TP was wrong on the crowd levels to begin with the first week of May. Honestly, we found the most accurate source of info to be the CMs which surprised me (they're just making sure the Mickey head turns green - but they know). The times we asked them how long the line really was, they gave us a spot on answer (even were able to tell us in the morning that the line outside TSMM was just to get people in the queue and that it would only be 10 mins). So when in doubt, I suggest asking the CMs out in front of the ride.
