Wait time for HP?

Trip in two weeks. How long will the wait time be for HP arriving early, with EP staying onsite?

Do we need a "touring plan" for the HP attractions to maximize our time?

You can swap the first two around but if there is a little bit of a queue for fj don't worry as the castle line is an attraction in itself.

The wait time for the main ride has been 15 for most of the day recently so it shouldn't be a problem. Going at the end of the day is actually better than early morning.

Anyone know average wait time for Ollivander's at the min?? My son is desperate for a wand but is Autistic so can't deal with MAJOR queues. Only alternative would be get him one for Xmas but not quite the same! TIA!

You can still buy a wand without having to go in for the Olivander's "show"m they are in the store right next door that also serves as the Owl Post.

Going to the Olivander's show doesn't guarantee that you will be chosen for a wand. Usually only one person is chosen for each show. I suggest you watch a youtube video to see how it works. About 25 people enter for each show but only one gets chosen to be "fitted" for a wand.

Wands are sold in the store next door (Owl Post). He can choose any wand he wants. They have a ton of varieties.

If there is a chance that not being chosen will be extremely disappointing for him, you might want to skip the show entirely. It is cute but short.

I agree. Or if he's not chosen will that cause problems that could have been avoided? If so just go into the shop (different entrance).

Also the wands via the show are the birth month wands not the character wands (though i believe sometimes those intersect). If he's dead set on Harry's wand or Lucius's etc, there's absolutely no need to hit the show for that.

We waited about 30 mins for FJ last week. That was about mid day, went back after 5 and it was walk on! Not the awful ques i had expected. Dragon Challange was walk on both times we passed through WW, didnt do Olivanders but thier didnt seem much of a line.
