Wait time during fireworks

Just curious about wait times during parades and fireworks. Do they go down during these events?

They can and usually do a little, but honestly not enough to make that much of a difference. However a whole host of people leave after evening events (Wishes, Illuminations, Fantasmic) so wait times do tend to go down after those.
