Well, we're late in thinking about '05 spring break/summer vacations. By the time we inquired about the March 20-24 4 night cruise (school's spring break), it was sold out. We have made a 'standby' wait list reservation. The CM advised me that people do cancel for cruises, and it's typically around or slightly before the 60 day mark (when final payment is due).
So, has anyone before been able to get on a cruise after being wait listed? Should I hold out for it, or bag it and do the cruise another time?
