Wait List ?

I have been put on the wait list for a studio at any resort at WDW from Feburary 7th to the 14th, a quick quesiton?How long does it take before you find out that you can get your reservation if it comes through? I am just a little concerned because I do not want to find out that I can get that date a week befor Feburary the 7th there is just no way I could get there with that quick of a notice so close to the travel date. How long before many of you get your dates on the wait list? Is it usally preaty quick.

We've wait listed numerous times. So far we're batting 1000 and we've gotten every reservation that we've wanted. But......it isn't without persistence on my part. Even though we've been on a waitlist I call periodically to check. As the time gets closer I check more frequently. I always call first thing in the morning (9:00 or 9:05am) and it's worked.
