So I have a week booked in early June for SS. I do want to waitlist either at Boardwalk or Beach Club but not sure which I would have a better chance of

Boardwalk Garden/Pool View has more villas than BCV. If you want a studio, then waitlist there. If you want a 2BR, waitlist at BCV for a dedicated 2BR. BWV 2BR villas are all lockoffs and the studio half will likely get taken via someone's waitlist before your request.

ETA: You do know that you can have 2 current waitlists per UY, right? You could waitlist 2 different views at BWV or the same villa type at BWV and BCV. Whichever one comes thru first wins.
