Wait List Came Through

I am so happy. Member Services called me yesterday that our waitlist for Nov. 30 - Dec. 4 came through. We got a studio at OKW. This was a last minute trip we decided to do to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. We are definitely doing the happy dance now!!

Happy Anniversary!! Can't think of a better way to celebrate! How long ago were you put on the wait list? We're on a wait list for 1 night for any resort. We are cruising on the Magic on 11/30 and we're spending 1 night at BWV the night before. DH miscalculated when he originally booked it, and about 2 weeks ago put in the request for wait list. Judging by the many comments about how full the resorts are, I'm sure our chances are slim. It's not like we're out on the street... we have a room at the Hyatt... just wanted to use our points.

Congratulations!! What a wonderful way to celebrate your anniversary!!! Our waitlist came through for HH for Thanksgiving week. It's like having your own small miracle, right?

Thanks everyone. I am really excited about this. Hubby and I never go off without the kids. My parents offered to come from out of town to stay with them. So, yes, I am really anxious for this trip. We were on the waitlist for about 2 weeks. I had a back up cash ressie at POR, but this is better because we can use all points. (YEAHHHH - more spending money for me). I figured if there were any cancellations, it would be right before the 30 day mark and luckily for us, it worked out.

I am sooooo jealous of you! Somebody out there got the reservation we cancelled for 12/9-12/13. Boy was I bummed to have to make that phone call! I am really going thru withdrawls now and March is NOT coming around soon enough. Have fun and happy anniversary!!
