Wait for TA or book myself?

I need advice. I have a package reservation at POFQ through my travel agent, but I want to switch my reservation to AKL using the codes that just came out today. I talked to a CM at Disney, and the room type I want is available with the discount. I emailed my TA to have her switch it, but I haven't heard back in over an hour. Can I just make the reservation myself and switch it to my TA when I talk to her? I don't want to miss out on the discount! AAAAAHHHH!

I would *call* your TA, and if she's not there, go ahead and book it yourself.

Unfortunately, my TA is email only. I just went ahead and booked myself. Can/should I transfer the reservation to her when I hear from her? I guess if she has booked the same thing for me I could just cancel the res. I made for myself. Thoughts, anyone???
