WAHOO! I'm going sooner than I thought

Like many of you I daydream of how I can get to WDW ASAP. I knew a big trip was out of the picture until fall 2005. I meet a friend online (she read my trip report on Mouse Planet a year ago and we've been writing and calling each other ever since) and she lives in VA. She's been dying to get back to WDW, and went through a rough divorce this last year. Her ex-husband was her Disney pal and now she doesn't really have anyone to go with. She asked me today if there was any way I could meet her down there for a few days. I asked DH, knowing he would probably say it just isn't feasible (we have two young boys, one who will be in 1st grade this fall, the other will only be 3)....but he said, "You know what, GO FOR IT! I know Patti (my friend) really wants to go, and you should meet her down there." WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW! I can't believe it. So we're hammering out a date, looks like maybe the weekend before Halloween, for 4 nights. I'm so excited I just had to share! WAHOO!

Hey Robin I'm taking an unexpected trip too, next month with one of my co-workers who will already be there for a conference! I was hoping you would say it would be then, and we could all hang out! But aren't the last minute trips fun?!?!

It's always fun to go when you know there's already another trip in the works. It relieves the pressure of cramming too much stuff in on the first trip WDW should be fun over Halloween
