Wagons for children on Castaway Cay

Ive searched to see if this has been asked and I am unable to find a post.

The site says complimentary Wagons available for families on Castaway Cay. Ive cruised with DCL many times but this friday 11/4 will be my first time with a child (18 months old). Has anyone ever used these proposed wagons on castaway cay? If so how did you go about getting one?
We are taking an umbrella stroller but its awful in the sand.

I haven't used them, but here's a picture of them (unless they've changed)

I believe they are available on a first-come basis, however I don't know how early that means you need to be off the ship to make sure you get one.
