VWL Valet Parking and Bell Service?

Does VWL offer Valet Parking or Bell Service (Bring your bags to your villa)?

I going to VWL on Sept. 14th and I am traveling with three young children. It looks like the parking lot is very far from the villas so Valet parking and Bell Hop Service would be great.

Any insight?

Yes, VWL uses the main lodge valet service and bell services. Valet parking is free to members....just don't forget to tip them!! Bell services is typical of any fine resort. They'll take your baggage to the room, and will pick it up when you check out.

And bell services/valet parking are open 24 hours a day in case you get there late or leave early.

Thanks Granny. Do you know if the walk to the Villas is far from the main lodge or the main pool?

We requested a room close to the elevator the last two times we stayed at VWL. We were right around the corner from the elevators, and the walk from the main lodge was not far, IMO. The main pool was a little farther as we usually went outside and around the main lodge building, but still not what I would consider a long walk.

Don't forget that Bell Services will also take your groceries to your room if you do a grocery store run.

this is one thing I wasn't too pleased with at VWL, we arrived, the bell man came to the car, pilled all the stuff on his cart, then made a point to remind me that he wouldn't not be the one taking the bags to the room, kind of like, TIP ME NOW!!!, I kind of felt he should have humored me, walked into the building with me, allowed me to check in, maybe my room was ready, granted he probably knew the rooms weren't ready, it was 10:30am, but I didn't know that, I just felt he should have been a little more cool about the situation. If your going to offer the service, they should have the class to be patient to finish the service. Not a dump and run onto the next!!

Per the picture below, you can see that VWL (red roof) is right next to WL. And you can see the main pool that MrsM was talking about.
