vwl room request

Ok you have helped us to get exited about staying at VWL (still not sure about ducks in the pool sounds kinda gross). Now we need help with a room request. We are staying in a 1 bdr. Any suggestions would be helpful.

We've always requested a view of the pool and have never been disappointed. If you request a room near the elevator you should be spared the dreaded "dumpster view."

Both times at VWL I requested pool view near the elevators and ended up with the dumpster view , I have now decided to embrace it, form new bonds with the cast members out my balcony door from now on .

I've yet to stay at a Disney hotel that did not have ducks in the pool. Last summer at the Poly, the ducks didn't even leave when the pool got crowded! They continued to swim with the rest of us.
