VWL Room Question?

We are planning an October 2011 trip, I was wondering when the last time the Villas were updated? Have they been updated with flat screen tvs and new decor? I thought I saw a picture somewhere but I might be getting it confused with the main hotel. Also, does this DVC usually book up pretty fast for the month of October? We were comparing VWL and AKL 1 bedrooms for our trip. Thanks so much in advance for the help!!!

The villas have been updated with flat screen tvs and new furniture and ulpholstry.

October is Food and Wine month, but VWL isn't one of the hot resorts for that time, so there is hope.

We're hoping for a VWL stay over Halloween, and will be trying to get a dedicated 2 bedroom at 7 months. I hope we both get what we want! We had a great VWL studio stay this past December.

Thanks so much for the replys. I love having this board full of experience! Is there anywhere to see pictures of the rehabbed rooms? Every picture I find is of the old decor. Also, I was wondering if anyone had a preferred vacation insurance company?
