vwl room number help

Hi Everyone:
I'll be at VWL in Jan staying in a 2br. I believe they have studio and one br lock off and that's how it works. Fine. Can anyone give me an idea of the best room location at VWL? Do you know if any rooms have a view of the water? Just curious. It's our home property but we've only stayed there once many years ago.

You might see some water through the trees but it's not a great water view.

If you want a "water" view, then state that in your request. Requesting by room numbers never works and in some cases, could cause you to get a woods view that is in close proximity to the room number.

I'd also say that asking for a specific room number isn't a good idea. The CM assigning your room looks at that number and has no idea why you want it. They see that that particular room is already occupied. They decide to give you the closest possible room - which is across the hall. No lake view.

It's really best to tell them what you want in a room, and let them figure out how best to give it to you. If what you're really looking for is a lake view, then that's what you should request.
