Yes, the budgets should be coming out shortly and that will give a rough idea of what the dues bill for next year will be. It will set the "dues per point" but if you were a member last year, your actual bill will be adjusted for the estimated real estate tax paid. Usually, we overpay the tax and get a slight rebate -- hopefully, that will continue to be the case! The dues bill should arrive shortly after Christmas. Annual dues are due January 15. They are "past due" February 15 and subject to penalties and interest. You can arrange to have the dues taken directly out of a bank account on a monthly basis with no interest charged. You can also pay your dues with a Visa or MasterCard (not sure on Discover, I know Amex is not accepted). You cannot have the dues charged monthly, you have to charge in a lump sum in January.
