VWL @ 7 months?

My DW and I are planning a trip for our anniversary from 10/20 to 10/27/2012. We own at BLT but have always admired VML and thought we would like to stay there this trip. How difficult is it to get a Studio or 1BR at 7 months?

That is during the Food & Wine Festival, which is a popular event for DVC owners. Booking most DVC's at that time can be a little challenging. I'd book BLT right at 11 months and then try VWL at 7 months. While VWL is not an EPCOT resort (which are really tough to book at 7 months during F&W), it is a very small resort.

My guess is that you have a shot, but I wouldn't count on it. Good luck!

We got a studio in June without any problems for VWL, but it was only for four nights. Anything is possible, but I think it's easier to get a room for 3 or 4 nights than 7 nights at the 7 month mark. You might consider a split stay and wait list for the other nights if can't get an entire week. Good luck!
