I read the Wiki article, and saw the thing about how faculty cant be armed, good idea, but try this. Just like fire extiguishers, have a break glass thing that sets off an alarm that gets the police swat whatever, and alerts everyone in the building. Also havea tracker on that emergency gun, so you know where the person is

Autism, There was a boy in the drama program that had autism, I'm really not sure waht it is though, but I know theres different levels of it, or something along those lines, there are more serious cases than others.
