VRBO question

Hi,
Got a GREAT quote from an owner at Emerald Island via VRBO. This is a trustworthy site, and for the most part I can trust the owner, even tho the price seems too phenomenal to be true...right??!

I'm so excited that we are able to make a totally unplanned for trip because of the great price. Please reassure me!!

Check the tax records for an address and maybe the zillow listings to see if it's for sale or whatever.
