VP of DVC - Contact Information?

Hey everyone - we took a 9-day trip to OKW 8/25 to 9/3. We had some problems with our 1 BR unit and while we had most of them corrected during our stay via calls to maintenance, I want to write a letter and/or email to Claire Bilby - the new Sr. VP of DVC - describing some of our issues and experiences.

Does anyone have an address (email or otherwise) where I can write a letter to her? I looked in the sticky threads in DVC-Operations, but couldn't find any contact info for her.
