Vow renewal on DCL?

My husband and I would like to renew our vows for our 20th anniversary. Does DCL offer anything like this? Can someone on the ship be our officiant or do we need to bring our own? Is it even allowed?

They do perform them and they are priced right along with weddings.

Renewals aren't a legal thing so you don't even need an officiant. Could dress up and say words to each other on a balcony if you wished.
