Hi. I'm going to WDW for the first time as an adult and was wondering about meal vouchers. I see them for sale on ebay for 10/$150 or so. Is this a good deal? Are they worth buying? At what cost would it become even or a not-so-good deal?

I really appreciate your help. Apparently there is way more to know about planning a Disney trip than I ever imagined. (thanks Mom and Dad!)

On e-bay they go for much more than they are worth. They can be pruchased through a membership club called Connections and the ones you refer to are for counter service--Quick and Casual--they normally sell through Connections for a bit over 11 each. Most places you will break even or lose a bit of money at the 11 price, some places (beaches and cream, peppermarket) you will make out well and even save rather considerably. Decide where and what you will eat by checking menues and prices and if you decide that what you will order (entree/side/drink or combo meal plus dessert will add up to over 11 before tax than they may be of value to you and you should join connections for the $1.00 one month trial membership before paying e-bay inflated prices for them. Animal Kingdom sells vouchers at the counter service restaurants which work out to a good deal. For under 12 adult and under 7 child you get a coupon for a combo meal with beverage and an extra coupon to be used that day only for an additonal beverage and ice cream or popcorn.
