Vouchers

Hi all -

I'm wondering when you get the vouchers and discounts included in the Magic Your Way package? More specifically I'm looking for the DisneyQuest vouchers, but I assume they all come together. I booked through a TA and my Mickey Mail seems to be lost. Disney directs me to TA and TA doesn't know. I want to make sure you get them in the Mickey Mail and NOT when you check in.

The vouchers are part of the Mickey Mail. Ask your TA why she isn't finding out where your Mickey Mail is. It's her job to forward it to you. If it is lost, Disney should have a complete package waiting for you when you check into your resort.

I think it depends on how far in advance you book your trip. I booked my upcoming trip 6 months ago, and received my MM with vouchers 3 weeks ago (a month prior to my trip). I have booked a month out and received them 2 weeks prior to my trip.

Having booked through a TA, the MM should be sent to your TA, and they should forward the MM to you.

I have personally always gotten them in packet that is mailed to TA appox 30 days prior to your arrival. Your TA should have/should be receiving your packet of info. I personally Check in on May 16th and haven't received mine yet but expect call anyday now.

Thanks, all. I booked at least 3 months ago.

I've been going back and forth about it with the TA all day, and basically her last emails equated to "I didnt get it, you must get it when you check in. I dont know what to tell you, call Disney yourself if you want."

Disney won't tell me anything because I booked through the TA, so that suggestion was tried and futile.

I emailed her back saying what you all did.

I know my vacation will still be great, but I'm so frustrated with her.

I would ask the TA to speak to her manager or owner...that is not acceptable.

As A TA I can tell you this is unacceptable! It must not be a Disney Specialized TA? I would call back ask for manager!
