Voucher

Has anyone every used a % off voucher for DCL? I know of few of you were on the cancelled cruise. Did you get paper vouchers or did they just keep the info on file?
I am trying to book using a 15% off voucher. On the voucher it says remit with deposit however DU is telling me to pay my deposit first and then submit it to DCL myself. Anyone know where it must be sent to?Alos I am afraid once I make my deposit it won't be able to be applied later
Can anyone help???

To avoid any problems, you could book it directly through dcl, then transfer your ressie to DU.

True Thanks Jim that is what I may wind up doing. I just like having the TA do the leg work for me.

We used vouchers for our upcoming cruise and booked through DU. It was pretty easy as we went ahead and paid the deposit, submitted the vouchers to DCL, then DU received the confirmation of receipt from DCL and our balance was adjusted accordingly. The DU agent will tell you where to send the vouchers.

It was easy, but you should keep photocopies of all correspondence and vouchers just in case.

Thanks John I emailed you. DCL is telling me thatI should not send them the vouchers that it has to go to TA.
