Voucher for dessert?

We are on the DDP Deluxe and I was wondering , can we pass on dessert but get it later? Will they give us somekind of voucher to do that or will we have to get something to go? Some of the things I like best come with ice cream, so I can't just take it to go and eat it later.....Anyone know?

the only place that i know that has a voucher type thing is at the water park, they give a ticket to go back to get an ice cream

other than that, it is a eat now or forever hold your piece lol

you can always get it to go w/o the ice cream

We did this at our resort in September (all star music). They stamped my receipt and I went back after we finished our meal for our ice cream

Not clear from the OP whether you mean at table service or counter service restaurants.

I have heard at some counter service they permit you to come back and get your ice cream after you have finished eating your entree - specifically so the ice cream won't melt before you're ready to eat it. As I understand it they don't let you come back hours later for the dessert. You are supposed to pick it up after you're done with the rest of your meal.

As for table service, you won't be able to go back and get the dessert later. You can eat it, take it with you (without ice cream) or not order it at all.
