Voucher for an AP

I went to buy 3 PAP vouchers at Downtown Disney at the special DVC price.
I told the guy a couple times I did not want them activated since we would not be using till fall. I received 3 of the green cards with characters on them. I asked if they were vouchers not activated passes and he said yes. I felt there was a little language problem so can anyone confirm if the green cards that have been tickets for the last few years are also vouchers?
Funny thing is he never asked for names of the other two people.
I don't want to go use them for the first time in December and find out they have been activated since now.

Those are AP tickets.

As to if they are actually "activated" or not, we can't tell from here.

However, even if they are activated, since you will not have USED them until your return, you can go to Guest Relations before entering a park, explain the situation and get the dates reset.
