Does anybody know if i will be able to exchange these for my passes at my hotel, which is Pop Century?

And if not, is there ticket booths at the gates to Magic Kingdom where the resort bus drops you off, or would i then need to go to the ticket and transportation centre?

I would have thought so. It might depend on who you've booked through.
When we've booked through VH, when you check in at the hotel, they convert your voucher and add it onto your room key. Your room key then acts as your park ticket and also a charge card if you give your credit card details when you check in.
Hope that makes sense.

Yes, you just exchange your paper vouchers for your theme park tickets, and there are two ways to do that, depending on how you want your park tickets.

When you arrive at the hotel, you can exchange the vouchers at the desk and have them added onto your "Key Around The World" card, so you won't have a specific theme park ticket and hotel room key, you'll have just your hotel room key.

Alternatively, you can take the paper vouchers to the Guest Services of any the 4 main parks (MK, AK, DHS or E). If you do this option, you will be given a paper ticket for your theme park tickets, rather than having it added to your hotel room key, so effectively you will have two tickets to carry around with you. However, you can only do this at the parks, NOT at the hotel.

Thanks. the letter said they can only be exchanged at guest services at the four main parks. I was worried that i would then need to get the monorail from the entrance to magic kingdom to the ttc, then back again!!!

Im staying at the dolphin hotel and know that as we have booked through Virgin Holidays that when our tickets come (hopefully soon) as we are leaving in 2 weeks :-D they will be vouchers, can i exchange these at the dolphin?

So how does this work for 4 people. I assumed we only got 1 room key so how do we go through the gates where you have to have your fingers scanned?

Quite like the idea of only needing to take one pass with us.

All adult guests will get a room key it's up to parents with children whether they want the kids to have one.
Oh don't put any electrical devices next to your room key it could wipe the magnetic strip which could cause problems getting in your room etc. It's happened to us in the past;)
