As many devices as you like, one at a time. You will get a code to log in with and you can use it to get any device online as long as no other device is connected at that time using the same code.

That's been our experience as well. We didn't need to sign out one device in order to sign in on another. Just the act of signing in on the second device served to automatically sign out the first one.

Don't know the answer to that but if you're booked on a RCL ship and have given them your email address you'll receive multiple emails before your cruise offering a discount on various packages.

If you're planning on purchasing the soda package or deluxe beverage package they sometimes have sales that bundle them with voom. The voom portion comes to about $11 per day.
