Von's grocery delivery?

Can someone please remind me what the price of grocery delivery is from Von's? Is there another grocery store that offers a delivery option?

Also, I remember reading that delivery to the Grand Californian had been having some difficulties. Is that still the case? If we are there at the time of delivery, does that make a difference?

EASY7 is the promo code for first time clients with Vons to receive free delivery. Otherwise $14.95 or $17.95 depending on window of delivery time. Remember if you won't be able to accept your order, do NOT order alcohol - if your order arrives and you are not there, they can no longer sign for it at the hotels, I have heard.

Unless it has changed, Albertson's also delivers. We have used both and had great service every time. Can't really answer about delivery to GCH. Ours was delivered to the Desert Inn.

We use Von's in June at VGC and the groceries were delivered before we arrived. The only issue with delivery at GCH is if there is alcohol in it and you are not there to sign. Otherwise, GCH is the only DLR hotel that is set up to sign and store your groceries for you if you are not there. They have both a refrigerated and freezer storage area. Once you check in, you call bell services and they bring up all the food. The other two hotels, DLH & PPH, will not sign for your groceries if you are not there. Obviously, if you are there to sign for the groceries, there is not a problem.

From what I recall they will still "shop" for you and you can go in and grab your groceries from them, but they don't deliver anymore.

Thanks everyone!!! This definitely looks like it can work for us as we don't plan on ordering any alcohol. It's great that they have the fridge/freezer options to store our groceries until we get our villa

Use code Easy7 at Vons. That should give you free delivery. I had an order delivered last Sunday with no problems. They dropped it off before I arrived and it was brought up with our luggage. It was super easy!

Yup. $50. And we EASILY met that with 6 adults and 1 Child in our group. We beat that total with Bottled Drinks and tetra pak Milk alone! We've been in SoCal for 10 days though (still here, actually!), so we were able to bring our extras with us to our current location.

We were there 2 weeks ago and the delivery went off with out a problem. They were at the hotel before we arrived and everything was delivered to the room in perfect condition.
