Volcano Bay

Okay, so I am headed to Universal for my first time in about 15 years. My kids are going for the first time (6 and 9). We are very excited for all of the Harry Potter stuff. We are planning to do three days in the parks with 2 nights at RPR. We will be there shortly after Volcano Bay opens. Should I change our three day two park tickets to three park tickets? I can't decide if we will have enough time and frankly we are near the best water park in the country, Schlitterbahn.
