Paul Reubens, aka Pee Wee Herman, did the voice for Captain Rex in the original Star Tours and archival recordings of his voice are used for the RX-24 droid on the new version.

Thank you! I was convinced it was her, but never asked or tracked down the answer for sure. She's Peach from Nemo of course (and a lot of other things), but my first reaction to her now is always "Charlene Doofenshmirtz!"
