Not sure how that is a secret, of course it is like any other job and requires alot of experience. That is the same as most work you will find out there. I can tell you, I am sure that to staff it is not all fun and games, they have responsibilities and projects and people to report to as well as thousands of people looking for them and talking to them some nice some not.

uh... how is that a secret..? i've been told that like 20 times from staff but also you must get study before masters(which is college) and be working for a couple of years in computer related field

Also you may not have known, but they also have to give weekly reports of what they did and saw in vmk. Also having to monitor over 4,000 people at once is crazy! You also need to know how to handle things and it's not all fun for them. They may all seem happy, but I am sure it's very stressing at times.

Yes they can boot anyone from any room.

I don't think you all understand. Staff do not ban people for no reason. They have to have a reason for banning you. They don't just decide, "Hey I don't like them, I'm going to ban them!" It just doesn't work that way.

vmk staff is hard-working and dedicated. if they weren't, then vmk would be open 24/7, not just when someone can be there to keep you safe and offer help. THANK YOU VMK STAFF!
