VMK Turning Evil???

Can some one tell me PLEASE what is happening to VMK???
When did people become so greedy and RUDE?
since when is it OK to swear in pirates? or on VMK at all for that matter??

VMK is a GAME and there are some out there that have lost sight of that.
VMK was modeld after Disney...The happiest place on earth! Why is it I find myself wanting to log on less and less.

Please stop whining that you did not win the ride comp. there were 2000 entries!!! someone had to loose, that is life.
Stop whining that you are poor and dont have a stitch hat, inferno or sparrow suit. they did not go anywhere, just work a bit harder to get them.

Stop for the love of Walt being so RUDE to ppl. It is NOT ok to swear in pirates, to tell people they stink or to leave in the middle of a game because it is not going your way.
It is NOT ok to stand in town square and humiliate someone because of the outfit they are wearing or the color they are. How can you call a virtual character ugly??? It is cruel and it is still hurtfull to the other person. Virtual or not.

If someone annoys you or you dont like them why cant you just ignore or change rooms? why do you have to sit there and bicker?

Its the holidays, peace on earth good will towards men...there are thousands of soldiers fighting for your right to be free and on VMK and the right to religon and the right to work and education and all you have to do with your spare time is be a jerk on a video game??

PLEASE next time you get aggrivated (even other places than VMK) remember that millions of people less fortunate as you are in this world and more hatred than anyone person can deal with, please leave it off the computer it is not the place for it.

Truer words were never spoken. You have to wonder if ppl are this mean on vmk a game geared for young'ins how are they in the real world. Or do they think its acceptible to act this way because its virtual? well our feelings are not virtual.

I have been called so many names in pirates I almost need therapy rofl. Not to mention in my trade room. Its come to the point that if ppl cant trade me in a civilized way I boot them.

Vmk has gotten to be a dog eat dog game. The trade rooms titled, "for rich only". why does vmk allow such things. One day I dressed " down" took off my stitch all my pins and went in and attempted to trade some buyable pins. I was told point blank to go where I am wanted, find a trade room for the poor. Who is setting this example?

Not to mention the bickering I see on the boards. Funny thing is, one time i checked profiles and it was all big peeps bickering. Fine example this sets to.

Thanks for pointing this out to us again. Maybe we can all learn something here.

Thats because even the Dis does not escape negativity. If anything, it is worse here because you can speak your mind a little more

I would also suspect that people are not using the report button in VMK, it is there for a reason, use it, if these players are not reported it makes the staff job harder to rid the game of them.

Once reported staff will remove them if warranted and if they do come back and continue to act in an unacceptable matter, they get reported again, and staff removes them. Eventually they will tire of this and hopefully leave forever or change their ways if they wish to continue to play.

I vote Disney Chick for a new staff member! I am tired of all the bickering, swearing, and plain rudeness that goes on in VMK. Always feeling like I have to be on gaurd and on the lookout for younger players.
You know when I joined VMK I foolishly thought that it would have the same atmoshpere as the Disney parks. Staff would always be there looking out for my kids and I wouldn't have to worry. This is Disney I thought, how much better could that be. Oh how quickly I learned that VMK is not the happiest place on earth. My youngest kid is not allowed to leave his own rooms without me sitting there watching the screen. His friend list consists of only ppl I aprove of (most of them my own friends). I refuse to let him play pirates, or even go into that area of VMK.
What happened to this being a kid friendly game? Why do kids think it's ok to act this way? Would they dare act this way in the real parks? No way, they would be tossed out of the parks in a heart beat. In all my time at the real parks I have only once seen someone get angry. Not swearing or threatening just plain angry and yelling for something I concider silly. Within 2 minutes that man was surrounded by security telling him that if he could not controll himself he was going to leave.
It just sickens me sometimes seeing the Disney name attached to something where things are going so wrong. Report to staff, yeah ok I do that BUT when I see someone standing behind my kids character saying and I quote <REMOVED> tell me how am I supposed to react when all staff does is tell me to hit ignore? My kid has already seen this said. And I can tell you that nothing was done to the kid who said this by staff. I took the kid into a room and explained to him that if I ever saw him say anything close to that again I would make sure his sorry behind was permanately banned from the game. Since then that kid has never said anything wrong because he knows that I will be watching over my kids shoulder. That kid was not scared of staff but when he found out a mom was watching he couldn't stop appolgizing for his actions.
Just once when a player is acting out so badly that they should receive a ban I would like to see staff enter the room when called. Let staff say to that character and for all to see that what they did was against the rules and have been banned and then ban them. Maybe if the ppl behaving so badly see with their own eyes that staff are stepping up to the plate and will no longer tollerate this maybe, just maybe, things will start to change. Until then things will continue to decline and my kids will have less and less places they can visit in VMK.

I'm not going to report anymore. What's the point? I have been reporting people, with very detailed answers, but they never get banned. Yeah, sometimes a warning isn't enough. Just my option.

A long time ago I heard someone say "Can I have some bear?" Which, you can probably figure out what they meant. I told her "<person's name>, please don't talk about that in VMK. It isn't right." She said "I was Just Kidding gosh!!" I said "Kidding or not, you're not supposed to talk about that in VMK!"

Fixing my spelling, i is not to smart disgusted children's i misspelled, but anywho, It frustrates me that people make "jokes" like that.. It's not really all to funny.. (hah! I just realized that I put two periods down instead of three, which i usually do. That shows I play vmk to much lol!)
