VMK Problems

I am having a hard time signing on to VMK. It keeps telling me that VMK has crashed sign in again. And I keep doing it and it won't tell me what to do. Anybody else have this problem?

I'm currently not experiencing that problem.
My problem is when trying to go into rooms, many times it'll just sit on the black screen with status bar going nowhere.
So I just get stuck and have to re-log back in.
