Vmk Closing May 21 Cry

Yes, it's been a topsy turvy month I'd say!

I guess I just don't even see the point of having any more new items if we are only going to get to use them a month or two. I think I'll be spending more time just visiting with friends now and less time worrying about whether I can purchase any of the new items.

Thanks VMK!!! This was my escape from my daily struggles of my illness so this makes me sad.

I hope the friends I have met can always find another place to meet.

Wow. And not wow. With the tone of the newsletter last week, it really seemed that something was up.

I feel bad for Host_Phinny, Host_Lily, Host_Hula and Host_Hurricane. The last week in VMK has been bad enough with the way the quest went. Now they are the ones on the front lines that are going to have to deal with the fallout of VMK closing next "moon".

After reading anya.sparrow's post it occurred to me, please be extra nice to any vmk_ and host_ you see in the game, they are not just losing us, they are quite possibly losing their jobs as well... give them a hug its not their fault.

With the advertising for Pirates Online and ToonTown one knows that it is the almighty $$ that is fueling this ending.
I would pay for VMK.
I guess they just don't get that do they?
