VMK cards

Should we be saving our VMK cards from the parks? I've been throwing them away after one of us enters the code. Is there any reason to hang onto them. DS thinks they are cool and he's kept some of his.

Hi Luvthattink! Better not let Starwarskid tell Ilikecheeze about those cards! LOL He will do anything for trading cards! So I guess that alone gives them some value!

Well, it depends on how you look at it! Like I've said on another post I am one to keep napkins, bags and receipts from anything disney park related!
Just kaa-ray-zee that way! So if you are one to hold value to things like that, then sure why not! The other reason to keep these cards is because it is a park exclusive, probably only available through the celebration [it pains me to think it may be over in the future] , so it just may be a great keepsake for collector reasons . . . you never know!

I too keep everything from Disney ie. napkins,receipts and so on. I am keeping them maybe to use for scrapbooking. If anyone doesn't want there's I will take them off your hands.

There is a fellow who has posted here who collects the cards only. If they are in good condition, you can enter your code and then send him the card. In return, he will send you an additional unused code (but he also keeps this card). If you don't want the cards, this is a great 2-for-1, provided you have the cards he's looking for.

they are considered collectibles and as such will only increase in value.

The ones being distributed now are series One so other series are to follow.

Definitely keep them! We can't get to the parks, but my son collects the cards, I trade for the items in the game, then I had one lady send my son the first 12 or so cards.
