i have seen this game but I think it was dis-continued ( lol ) so can we start it up again?

The game where you have a secret buddy and you buy him/her something and on a certain day you meet on VMK in a room for all the secret buddies and give out the oresent

UPDATE: If you want tell us me what you like in an item. Like somoeone said below she likes anything Pink. So her secret buddy would know to get her something pink We will put your preferences by your name on the list.

It sounds like fun to me. If we want to have even more fun with it - each person involved creates a secondary character. THAT character is used to give gifts to their "secret person" - to keep the true identity of the gift giver secret. Then gifts can be given for a period of time, not just once.

If this gets going, I would enjoy participating!

I was going to reply to your PM but I will just answer it here.


You do not need the moderators permission to organize an exchange all that we ask is that whoever organizes the exchange keep up with it and makes sure everyone has a buddy and that all buddies keep their end of the bargain.

You might want to have one buddy where a few prizes/gifts are donated so that if someones buddy does not follow through you have some prizes/gifts to cover.

So this is how it will wor out:

You will use your mule (aka; other character ) and in my room which will be called: "Dis Buddies" we will pick the buddies . I sugest you write down your buddies name! Then in a week we will come together and exchange the gifts!

If one of you does not follow through I will have some extra gifts. Donations would be awesome but if you want to make the donations on the day of the gift giving so that if there are no people who did not follow through I dont forget to give the donations back that would be great.

We will have the mule buddies the 14th does that sound good?
The gift giving would be the 21st!

You can only have 1 buddie!

Idea: Instead of one gift exchange, the idea behind using the mule to give gifts is that you actually give several times over a period of time. So, for example, if I picked you, I would just find you (with my mule so you would not know who I am) a few random times (we can set a number / credit quantity if you want everyone to get equal). I would say, "I have a gift for you from your secret buddy." And - boom - gifts! Then we have a reveal party at the end of a set time period. Just my suggestions, but I'm along for the ride however you want to do it!

How about we set it as a 1 month thing? like 4 gift exchanges (1 every week ) and at the end of the month we reveal!

So maybe we should start at the beginning of July? or maybe have it or three weeks this time?
