We just returned from Disneyworld and I had purchased 2 VKL kids and 2 VKL Adult. We are a family of six but the twins are four and ate from the kids menu. We were celebrating the twins birthday.
We used 1 Adult VKL and 1 Childs VKL at Cinderella's Royal Table.
With these vouchers we ordered the following.

Plus we ate things we would never have ordered and it was prepaid which was nice.
We used 1 VKL Child and 1 VKL Adult at the RainForest Cafe in Downtown Disney.

In both cases we left an additional tip as service was excellent. Had great meals and really enjoyed having the vouchers. Both of these restaurants allowed us to order kids meals from the adult menu but I think it would depend on the server.
