vitamin water sickness.

So today I was in the car going home( i didnt feel good all day). Then my mom was like do you want me to pull over to throwup? and she couldnt so i ended up throwing up the vitamin water that i had the day before, to find out alot of people have been getting sick from things that are in the vitamin water. I'll never drink it again.

This sounds weird..but just water makes me gag, and with lemon, its a bit better, but it tastes weird to drink. Its hard to explain.

I have a food allergy that makes finding a multivitamin pill to take difficult and makes me pretty malnourished so every few days I will drink a vitamin water but I only drink water and sometimes juice regularly.
