Hi. :-)

I was reading Dr. Phil's new book, and he's saying how a vitamin & mineral supplement is a good idea -- I was wondering if you take one & if so, which one?

Thanks for all your help. :-)

I take a store brand multivitamin. I think I may add extra vitamin C this winter because I can't drink orange juice and I need to give my immune system a little boost.

I take OneSource, which is a high potency formula. It has higher potassium than a lot of others. I'm on Atkins, and I get wicked leg cramps without these! I also take calcium and magnesium and Vitamin B Complex 50.

I'm on Atkins too. I take a store multivitamin, and I take extra calcium, potassium (for the leg cramps), vitamin E, L-Carnitine, and Fish Oil capsules.

I'm on Atkins and take a store multivitamin and mineral, potassium, magnesium, calcium and a large dose of vitamin c!

I'm on WW and they also recommend that we take a multi-vitamin each day.

So ... I take one multivitamin (Level 1- Jamieson) and one calcium/Vitamin D/magnesium pill (Jamieson)
