Vitamin for Diabetics

I've read that people with diabetes should take a multivitamin designed specifically for them. Is anyone aware of a vitamin like this?

I know my local pharmacy carries a multivitamin specifically for diabetics. I haven't tried it though. I take E and a B. Now in health we're learning about side effects of taking too much of any vitamin. Too much E can cause blood clots! So I think I'll be taking that one every other day.
