How do I sign up for this service? I got into the Sheraton site, and signed up to be a preferred customer, but I didn't find any information about the "quick check-in". Can someone help me? You are all so wonderful to answer everyone's questions....We will be at Vistana Oct. 26 - Nov 2 and I want the trip to go as smoothly as possible!! Thank you for any infor. you can give me. Hi Barbara,

Follow the link to the resort you're staying at i.e Vistana resort ,then on the home page follow the link to Diamond Lane Check-in and enter your details,this needs to be filled in at least 72 hours before your arrival.
