I am having a hard time getting into diamond lane check in. Can I can somewhere instead. I also can't remember my user name and password from 2 years ago. Is anyone else having problems getting into the site?

Maria, what are the hours of diamond check in - it nevers seems to be open when I come so I get in the regular line. Only to see others get in that line and sometimes they wait a few minutes but someone comes. by this time I am next in line with the regular and don't see a need to change.

does the diamond check in line have regular hours?

Hi Pat,
I'm almost positive it's 11 am to 7 pm Fri/Sat/Sun.
The DL site is still down as of just now.
