Visiting resorts without dining reservation?

We are DVC members visiting for a week but not going in to the parks. Will we be able to go to other resorts to eat at quick service or have a drink?

Yes. People have had no problems visiting other resorts.

But I don't think you can park there unless you have a room resie or and ADR, no?
Just use bus or monorail or Uber or whatnot.

I thought i heard they might not even let Uber in, just Disney transportation.

Someone posted a trip report a few days ago. As a member staying at one DVC resort, they had no trouble driving in to visit the others without an ADR. They just said they wanted to see the open DVC rooms if asked - but they weren't asked much.
