Visiting Portofino, HRH and Citywalk

We will be in WDW for one day after our cruise in October and I would like to check out the Universal hotels/area for our next visit.

If I parked at HRH, can I walk to Portofino, Citywalk etc. to "explore" for our next visit? Is so, how long of a walk can I expect since I willl have two small children in tow?

You can park there and visit I am sure you'd have to pay some sort of fee for that. You can take a left outta the back of the hotel and walk to the PBH or a right and go towards the parks or simply take the boat at the back of the HRH behind the pool area to citywalk. At citywalk just get in line for the RPH and they take you there to explore as well. The boats only connect at citywalk to one hotel and back they don't stop and the other hotels so walk to pbh then ride to citywalk and explore!

You can also take the shuttle bus between the resorts and Citywalk.
