Visiting another resort while waiting for flight

We have time to kill after checking out of Vero and before our flight. Would like to have lunch at CBR… is this possible? maximize our Dis-time

Yes, but my understanding is if you don't have a reservation for lunch, you'd have to use Disney transportation.
 

Your experience may vary, but during my July 2021 visit I was able to drive and enter Coronado Springs to eat dinner at Three Bridges, which doesn't take reservations. I just needed to show my ID at the gate.

It may be resort dependent as well. CS doesn’t have the Skyliner to get to the parks where places like CBR and RIV do.

So, those resorts, along with the ones near MK are typically a little more strict in terms of who they let in without a reservation. It’s one of the reasons Primo Plato at RIV mentions you must be staying there to order.
 
Thanks. Ran it by the front desk at vero. CM said yes we could access the resort but not the pool Pool hopping is still suspended. Let’s hope this is true Really like to leave with a Goombay Smash
