Visiting AKL

Are visitors to AKL able to view the animals from the lobby area or anywhere else? If so, can you please tell me the best place where I could do so?

There are plenty of areas inside and out. Just walk around - its a beautiful place.

If you go straight through the lobby you will go out to a nice viewing area. There are also a LOT of viewing areas through out the resort. Take a nice walk around and enjoy the animals as well as the beautiful resort!

I'd recommend making plans to have dinner at Boma's while there. It's an absolute favorite of ours! Enjoy!

Yes, we plan to eat at Boma's as well. We'll be at AK during the day and will just pop over afterwards. Will DD2 and DD3 enjoy Boma's? It gets such good reviews here.

The kids should do fine at Boma. Of all the buffets we went to, the children's offerings here looked the most appetizing. And there is plenty for them to try off the main buffet.

You will fall in love with this resort when you visit! For various reasons I haven't stayed there yet but everytime I go to eat at Boma I kick myself that we're not at the AKL!
